We got Libby from Jeff Ruiter and Trinity Kennels during the time that we were breeding with them. Jeff had a litter of pups out of Ridley (a son of Vern) and Tess, who had many great french dogs in her pedigree. Her father Titus des Plaines Dauxeenes, was a dog that I really liked and we decided we had better keep one of the best females out of that litter.  Boy are we glad we made that decision. Libby has become the dog that really helped us meet other breeders, trainers and EB people and put us where we are today. With the help of many great people, Libby earned her GUN title in just three field events and has begun competing in the OPEN class this fall. She is an exceptional dog with superior bird drive. We are anxiously awaiting her next cycle and can't wait to see what her litter of pups later this winter will grow up to be!
